I work on problems that do not come with clear definitions. Most of my experience has been at the intersection of operations, systems, and people, where things are often messy and solutions need to be practical.
Over the years, I have built and contributed to products ranging from AI copilots to workflow platforms and enterprise systems. What I enjoy most is understanding how things actually work in the real world, and translating that into products that are usable, reliable, and easy to adopt.
Beyond core product management, I have worked closely across pre-sales, onboarding, customer success, and delivery. This has shaped how I think about products, not just as features, but as systems that need to work end to end for users.
My experience spans across large service organizations, fast-paced startups, and enterprise product companies. This has helped me adapt to different ways of building and scaling products, while understanding both speed and structure in execution.
