Real-world usage exposed gaps in how these workflows behaved, especially in high-volume scenarios involving multiple orders, packing stages, and shipment processing.

Enhanced Ship Central workflows to better align with operational needs by:

• improving packing flows for handling multiple orders and cartons
• refining shipment processing across app and NetSuite UI
• ensuring smoother integration with carrier-based shipping and label generation
• improving visibility into packed items across cartons and shipments

Ship Central enables packing into cartons/pallets and shipping via integrated carriers with label generation and cost visibility.
